SIR HENRY’S HAUNTED TRAIL MEDIA NIGHT LIST

Thank you for your interest in joining our media night list! At Sir Henry’s, supplying our influencer, journalist and content creation “spooky friends” with free passes for our media night events in exchange for coverage has been crucial to help us in our mission to grow. Long story short: the haunt community makes the world a better place!

WHY DOES MEDIA COVERAGE MATTER?

Here is how Sir Henry’s serves the local, central Florida community by gaining increased visitors to our seasonal haunted attraction events: 

 

  • Raising funds for nonprofits such as Folds of Honor and Give Kids the World 

  • Extra funds raised via merchandise sales from your audience who cannot visit us in person. A great example is by directing people to our book series, which details our haunted attraction character lore. Check it out here

  • Attracts new volunteers of all ages to come and get logged volunteer hours while learning skills pertaining to the haunted attraction industry, customer service skills, acting, costumes, makeup, and more! We list all of the benefits of becoming a volunteer right here on our site.  

  • Amplifying partnerships with small, local businesses like Keel Farms via products such as Sir Henry’s Twisted Apple Cider.

  • Network with fellow creators at a closed, private event. 

  • Experience our attraction at a limited capacity - no/low lines! 

  • First looks at merchandise and first tastes of new snack/menu offerings.

  • Gain new subscribers and followers with a unique subject for photos, videos, articles, or podcasts. 

  • Content you can utilize to apply for other media night events to show as an example of your style of coverage - add it to your portfolio!

  • Helping to support a 501c3 in the local central Florida area. 

  • Before you have fun with us when the sun goes down, visit unique spots in the Plant City and Lakeland surrounding area for additional content - always great to try something new and to support local businesses.

  • Free admission, and parking, for yourself and a limited number of plus ones!

HOW TO GET STARTED:

  • If you have 5K minimum followers/subscribers on one approved channel or platform, or you have two approved channels/platforms that each have a minimum of 2.5K followers/subscribers, you may apply for consideration to be added to our media night list! 

  • Check out our FAQ section and rules before applying. 

  • IMPORTANT NOTES: Applying is not a guarantee that you will be invited. All media night guests are confirmed via official virtual RSVP before the event, logged, and checked in for our closed events. We may withdraw an invite at any time. If all fields of the application are not filled out, your application will be deleted and not replied to. Media night admission may not be traded in for cash value, exchanged for another night, or transferred to another person.
